Fairly clean venue with exceptionally nice breakfasts and views of city. Quiet, compact room, good Wi-Fi. Huge bathroom. Magnificent and great location, 10 minutes' walk to a Catholic church. Found in the really interesting area very close to a very nice restaurant and the downtown.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in a non-touristy neighborhood, and I must say, I was truly impressed. The location was ideal, with great restaurants in the area and interesting shops to explore. Plus, it was conveniently close to the railway station, making it easy to get around. The service provided by the staff, especially at the reception desk, was top-notch. They were friendly, helpful, and made me feel right at home. The room itself was luxurious and provided enhanced comfort. The amenities, such as heating, air conditioning, and a well-stocked mini-bar, ensured that I had everything I needed. The flat-screen TV and parquet floor added a touch of elegance. Additionally, the hotel offered services like room service and laundry, making my stay even more convenient.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and conveniently located hotel.

There is nothing that we did not like about the hotel, we had a fantastic time. The staff were all extremely efficient and helpful - one even came outside to assist us with the parking meter,

A very nice hotel with a modern style that is located within walking distance from the historic center of Ponferrada (castle etc). The Camino Frances de Santiago (french St. James way) passes only a few blocks from the hotel, which makes it a comfortable stop for pilgrims who prefer proper hotels over hostels (hostals, albergues). The rooms are well- sized, well-equipped and comfortable. We particularly liked the beds, which had very good mattresses (stiff, but still soft) and proper duvets (which we prefer over the bed sheet/blanket combination that is more common in Spain).

The breakfast offered was very very good with juices, yoghurt and also cheese. Location: the hotel was really close to The railwaystation and a shop selling churros in the morning...

The staff was helpful and great to deal with. There were a mini-bar, climate control and an individual safe in the room, liked that.

Good and excellent location, short way from everywhere. Also, easy to get to Castillo de Ponferrada Castle.

The staff was extremely friendly, so I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. This was a fairly nice stay for a business trip. The room was neat and spotless, beds were exceptionally comfortable - I truly enjoyed the place. The property's location was favourable and magnificent, in the city center.

This hotel is a real gem in every way. its location is absolutely perfect, being in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all the major attractions. Secondly, the staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Lastly, the rooms are well-sized, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was exceptional and I have no complaints whatsoever.

Attentive directions provided when I accidentally went to the wrong hotel. Comfortable room with fridge and bath. Good location for nearby cafes. I would recommend this hotel.
